Advanced And Painless Dental Implants

Advanced And Painless Dental Implants

Implant surgery involves replacing tooth roots with TITANIUM metal posts and replacing damaged or missing teeth with artificial ones that look and function like natural teeth. A dental implant is an excellent alternative to dentures or bridgework that doesn’t fit well and a great alternative when the natural roots of the teeth have been lost.

At Aesthetic advanced Dental Clinic , we do not use the procedure of incision (cutting of gum) and sutures post the placement of implants, thereby making the procedure painless, atraumatic, with easy and fast recovery. This pain-free process is a reality with our CBCT 3D Imaging and Cerec Cad Cam, with which we plan the exact position and placement of the implant.

If all parameters are fulfilled, the crown implantation can be completed in a single visit.

Aesthetic advanced Dental Clinic has built a famous reputation as a premium center for all types of implant surgery in  Bangalore. We offer top-quality dental implants that will have you looking no further.

There are Various Types of Dental Implants Like

1. Single-Tooth Implants

Single-tooth implants can be used in people who are missing one or more teeth. An implant is surgically placed in an opening that your dentist makes in the jawbone. A crown (cap), made to look like a natural tooth, is attached to the implant and fills the space left in the mouth by the missing tooth. After the implant integrates (attaches) to your bone, it acts as a new “root” for the crown that will be replacing your missing tooth. For this procedure to work, there must be enough bone in the jaw, and the bone has to be strong enough to hold and support the implant. If there is not enough bone, the bone may need to be added with bone augmentation. In addition, natural teeth and supporting tissues near where the implant will be placed must be in good health

Initial consultation

An Implantologist will examine your mouth and perform a comprehensive examination before any work is performed. As part of the exam, your medical and dental history will be reviewed, X-rays will be taken, and impressions will be taken of your teeth and gums. The dentist may also order a computerized tomography (CT) scan of your mouth in some cases. By taking this scan, your dentist will be able to figure out how much jawbone is available for implants and show the position of nearby structures (such as nerves and sinuses) that may need to be avoided during surgery.

Second visit for a healing collar placement

In the second appointment, the dentist will take an X-ray to confirm the implant is ready. After the implant is exposed, a collar called a healing abutment (collar) is placed around its head to encourage the gums to heal properly. Then a softer temporary crown is then placed to protect the implant from chewing pressure, allowing the jawbone to become stronger eventually.

Third visit and placement of the crown

Your permanent crown will be made while you are wearing a temporary crown. The permanent crown is made from a digitized scanning of your smile and mouth-cast model of your teeth and gums, including the implant or abutment. The crown can be attached to the abutment either with cement or screws on your final visit.

2. All on 4

Generally, tooth loss is accompanied by the loss of the jaw bone and pneumatization of the sinuses. The All-on-4 dental implants are done in complete Edentulous or complete tooth loss cases, based on four titanium implants that address the loss of tooth or jaw bone drawbacks. These implants act as “pillars” which take the support of the existing bone. We have the best dental implantologists in Bangalore; hence you won’t need to look elsewhere.

At Aesthetic Advanced Dental Clinic , using CBT 3D printing, proper planning for dental implants without the need of invasive procedures.

If the dental bone is intact, crowns can be placed on the same day giving the ultimate tooth comfort to the patient.

The All on 4 Dental implant procedure involves 4 implants in a completely teeth-less jaw that provides secure and optimal support to the fixed bridge and hybrid prosthesis.

3. All-on-6 or 8

This kind of implant is for those blessed with a good jaw bone, where six to eight implants are placed in a completely teeth-less jaw. Thus, it provides secure and optimal support for a fixed bridge. This implant is considered the most comprehensive, successful, safe, and simpler implant supported by fixed teeth protocol for completely missing teeth.

Such treatment will give more strength and anchorage, preventing further bone loss and give us a chance to give zirconia or PFM crown which lasts a lifetime.
